Terms of Use

Home Yoga, LLC and Evolve Yoga students are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By visiting www.evolveyoga.fit, a corresponding purchasing website and/or purchasing or reserving a class either online or in an Evolve Yoga studio, you confirm you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by such terms and conditions.

Reservations and Classes

To make a reservation or purchase a membership or class, clients can access our online store at http://www.evolveyoga.fit via MindBody software. Once a membership, single class or class package is purchased successfully, clients may reserve a class using the MindBody online services.
Drop-Ins are encouraged, however, we cannot guarantee space will be available unless a prior reservation has been made.

Clients will be immediately charged via credit/debit card when they purchase a class or series of classes online. Clients agree to pay these charges. Clients are liable for any fees that Home Yoga, Inc. dba Evolve Yoga may incur in collecting unpaid balances, including attorney’s fees. Unlimited membership requires 30 notice to cancel revolving monthly payments and clients will be charged for this time. There are no fees to cancel memberships.

Prices of future classes are subject to change.

There are no refunds for unused or partially used class packages.

Home Yoga, LLC dba Evolve Yoga  will award any student one free class after they have referred 4 new students. These guests must be new students to Home Yoga, LLC dba Evolve Yoga and pay full price for a class.

Class transfers and refunds

We cannot accommodate transferring of classes between students. Classes are not redeemable for cash and unauthorized reproduction, resale, or trading of classes is strictly prohibited. Refunds will not be made. Classes are refundable only if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled or upon request if the event is rescheduled.
 
Release Waiver

All students are required to carefully review and agree to the to the following before attending class. Failure to do so is the responsibility of the student. Home Yoga, LLC dba Evolve Yoga will be herby referred to as Evolve Yoga.
 
By signing this agreement, student acknowledges that he/she is in good physical health and does not suffer from any medical condition that would limit participation or create risk for himself/herself, instructors or other students of Evolve Yoga.  Student acknowledges that Evolve Yoga classes can be strenuous, difficult to complete, and can cause or aggravate minor, major or catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. All students should discuss their health with a medical professional prior to beginning any exercise or fitness program, class or workshop.  If Evolve Yoga staff determines that participation in any Evolve Yoga class would be a risk to the student, instructors, or other students, Evolve Yoga retains the right to deny entry to said student until student can provide a medical opinion letter addressing noted concerns and authorizing full participation; this is at the sole cost of the student.  All students signing this agreement acknowledge their understanding of the risks associated with all classes, workshops or activities offered by Evolve Yoga.
 
By signing this agreement, students waive and release Home Yoga, LLC dba Evolve Yoga, its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to participation in the classes, workshops and activities offered by Evolve Yoga. Student acknowledges that he/she is fully responsible for any risks, injuries and damages which might occur or be aggravated as a result of participation in classes, workshops and activities offered by Evolve Yoga.
 
I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to this waiver of liability. I am legally competent to sign and agree to do so voluntarily. 

Home Yoga, LLC dba Evolve Yoga IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFEKEEPING OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHILE CLIENTS ATTEND CLASS.
Website and Social Media

Home Yoga, LLC dba Evolve Yoga will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of this website. These damages could include but are not limited to any lost profits, interruption of business, data loss or data theft.

This Website, and your use hereof, is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to California’s choice of law provisions, and any claim arising out of your use of this Website must be brought in California.


Right to Revise

Home Yoga, LLC dba Evolve Yoga reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
